    Hi!
I´m playing the AP2 irons with NS Pro 105T regular shaft,  -1/2" lenght and 2 deg. upright.

I´m going to replace my old vokey wedges (52, 56, 60 deg.) with the new SM5 wedges.

Now I´m thinking of trying out some new shafts to the new wedges.

I´m very happy with the NS Pro 105T, but are they the best for my new wedges?

Also thinking about the Dynamic Gold Spinner shaft, could that be an option?

I have handicap 1,9 and I don´t hit the ball very hard, but the feeling of my equipment is very important.

So if someone have some good thougts or own experiences, please let me know.

    Have a nice day.

    /Emil

  2. I have had the best work with the DG TI S400...however I felt the spinner added too much spin if that is possible!

    IMHO

    Hi Emil,

    Thanks for the question.

Do you have the NS 105 in your current wedges? If so, do you like them? When it comes to wedge shafts, I often found golfers would benefit from having the same shafts in their GW as their irons. This is mostly due to the fact that the GW is used primarily for full shots, much like the irons. When it comes to the sand and lob wedges, it becomes a more personal choice based off feel. I would suggest seeing a local fitter and trying the different shaft and wedge combinations.

Let us know if you have any questions along they way.

Hi Bubba and thanks for your answer.

Now I have the standard DG shaft in my wedges, but since I feel comfortable with my iron-shaft I just wounder if it´s a good idea to

have the same shaft in my new wedges. Perhaps they will be to stiff and the feeling will suffer. How are the Spinner shaft compared to the standard DG wedge shafts?

I would suggest thinking about the pros and cons of your current wedge shafts. Would you like something a little lighter or heavier? Stiffer or softer? If you like your current wedge shafts, I would suggest sticking with them. If not, it is important to identify what you would like to change.

The spinner shafts are designed to create a lower launch with higher spin compared to Std. DG, but this is all player dependent.

    Thanks.

    Hi!

I think I would like a slightly lighter shaft in my new wedges but with a great feel. The Spinner shaft is more or less the same weight as the standard DG wedge shaft, am I right??

So if I like my NS 105T do you think that could be a good choice for my new wedges?

Great points have already been made.  I also play the NS PRO  and like the lighter shafts.  In my irons I play the Regular shaft, but the wedges are stiff shafted.  The stiffer shaft will give a tighter dispersion than the regular.  My new SM5's feel great, my old SM4's have found a resting place in a closet.

I am in the process of purchasing new Wedges and I'M thinking of replacing my Clvnd 52 deg and 56 deg with Vokey's.

My question is, if my fairway irons are 2" longer, should my wedges be 2" longer also ?
