Vokey WedgeWorks does amazing work and would be something to look into.  However, they specifically say that they don't do regrooving and I think they don't do refinishing.

I don't think they do re-grooving.  I think that is something that can be very difficult and can never be put back to "new."  Once the face wears down, you can't add more metal back.

However, I do think they do some sort of refinishing.  Not sure exactly what you're hoping for, but they have some options that should make your wedge looking brand new.  But if the grooves are shot, it probably won't help much.

I have seen some of the refinishing work done by Wedge Works and it looks great.  However, as was pointed out, they don't do re-grooving or sharpening of grooves. 

If you grooves are worn, I would seriously consider a new set of wedges.  The grooves are probably the most important part of the club as this is the portion of the club that actual contacts the ball and generates spin.  There are so many different grind and bounce options out there now in the new SM5 lineup, that you can certainly match what you have or even find something better suited to your game. 

Personally, I generally switch out my 60 degree wedge (the Vokey I use most frequently) at least once a year (generally at the beginning of the season) to ensure I have the best grooves possible.  I use this club a lot and practice with it a lot in the short game area so it gets worn down rather quickly.  I will switch out my 55 degree Vokey a little less frequently based on use and wear.  I believe that if the grooves are worn and you are getting reduced spin, it is time to put the old wedges into retirement and put a new one in the bag.

It will be easier and about the same to just get new sticks.
