Who is out there and ready to put your hands on the new wedges. I know I can't wait. I'm ready to demo as soon as somebody gets them

    Hi Robert,

I agree ... the wedges look fantastic! I really like the direction that Bob Vokey has taken with trying to better balance the lower lofted wedges to "blend" or "fit" the irons.

The whole redesign of the "CG" in the clubs looks very promising and for me, the new groove and surface milling is very intriguing!

My Regional Fitting Centre informed me though that they won't have the fitting tools for the SM6 until March -- I suspect to coincide with them hitting the retail shelves.

Me too can't wait to try them out, am I the only one who doesn't fit in their neat categories. I am a digger who plays mostly firm conditions in southwest. I've been told swing style is more important than turf conditions and of course as always "see a fitter"

Can't wait. Already put the cash aside for these. Hoping the higher CG on the lob wedges will result in a bit more distance on full swings and that the spin on all versions will be as good as pre-groove rule versions. I am on my 4th or 5th set of the Vokey 2009 Spin-Milled design. I am finally ready to let that design go and am very hopeful the new SM6s will give me the same kind of results I get with the pre-groove rule SM2s. The higher CG on the lob wedges was the key for me to finally make the decision to give up on the old design. Fingers crossed they will be as good or better than expected.

I am also very excited...love the jet black look. Does anyone know if I can get the KBS tour v wedge shaft...it isn't listed in the custom options book but the KBS tour v iron shafts are so thought maybe it was just not listed separately??

I'm pretty sure you can just use a 9 iron or PW shaft. If I remember correctly, once you get to a 9 iron shaft they are all about the same thing. The standard wedge flex shaft is an s200. I prefer to use the same shaft as my irons in my wedges (c taper lite x flex) with the exception of my 58.

I am overdue to replace my Vokey 60: not much left of lower center grooves. Patiently waiting for the SM6, 60-10S or the 08M. Haven't decided on which grind yet. Can't wait to try them out.

I'm stoked to see the new finishes in person. I like the darker colored heads but have shied away from the raw finishes in the past. I'm thinking the new steel grey color might be perfect for me.

Like everyone else, I'm ready. Hoping to get a look at them tomorrow when I meet one of our local Titleist reps. I may not get any sleep tonight.

I can not wait to put these in my bag as soon as they come out. I have been overdue for wedges for about 2 seasons now but for me its hard to get rid of them but i like the look of these and i like the technology behind them. Voke is the man!

Got an upclose look at them a few days ago. The new finishes look awesome and as much as I thought I would like the black, the smoke color might have to be my choice. Also, as many of you have read, the new weight distribution and CG should be a huge selling point for the SM6's. Well Done, Mr. Vokey!!

I haven't seen them in person, but my initial reaction to seeing pictures is similar. I thought I would want the black, but the steel grey looks to nice to pass up.
