I recently read an article about the new SM6 wedges and the slight tweaking of the bounce angles. I currently play the SM5 with the S-grind in my 60 degree, bent 1 degree strong. I read that the new S grinds will now have 10 degrees of bounce instead of the current 7 degrees of bounce on the SM5's. I loved the mid bounce on the SM5 as it played great in nearly any condition or turf. My main concern is that I'll lose the ability to play shots from tight lies with an open face with the new bounce on the SM6's. Even though the description for S grinds is for players that like to play it square, I can still pull of flop shots of really tight lies whenever i need to. Can anyone from Titleist reassure me that I will still be able to pull of all the shots I need to with the new SM6 S grind.
