  1. Playing 716 AP 1 irons in graphite. Also have 52 gap wedge from 714's. Looking at new Vokey's s 6 and need a good all around sand wedge I can hit from bunkers as well as rough and fairway. Any recommendations in graphite?

The 56.14F is a great all around sand wedge, especially if you play in softer conditions or take larger divots. It has a good amount of bounce to help out of the rough and bunker, and very stable on full shots.

If you play in neutral to slightly soft conditions, or take smaller divots, the 56.10S is a good alternative.

If you have the opportunity to get fit or demo the new SM6 wedges, we would highly recommend trying them side by side to get the best bounce/grind combo for your swing and conditions.

    FD,

Is the gap between your 52 deg and your 716 W wedge, which is 47 deg, too great? My fitter had me fit with a 50, 54 deg bent to 55, and a 60. I too have the 716 AP1 set and I left the 3 iron out.

I have the 716 AP 1's also and have the Vokey SM5's 48*-8*-F grind, 54*-10*-M grind & 60*-7*- S grind. I will be upgrading to the SM6's but contemplating the new bounce/grind options.
