    I need a replacement surefit adapter and screw/ferrell for a 913 driver. I am based in the south of Ireland. Where can I purchase one from?

    The only place to get this from Titleist. You will need to have your Titleist retailer send the shaft back and they will install a new adapter for you.

    Beware, there are a number of knock-off adapters floating around out there. The only place to get a Titleist adapter is from Titleist. They do not sell them separately.

    I reshaft many shafts with aftermarket adaptors for 915/913D bought from Ebay. If you select a seller with good score, you could find a quality surefit adaptor that will do the job.
