  1. So, I just bought AP2's 4-PW, with the extra W. The wedge has 50 deg of loft on it, and I as wondering should my next purchase be a 54, 58, and then maybe a 62 deg? or should I jump the gap to a 56 then a 60. I've been told that 4 deg gaps are good, I just want the ones that are going to fit my game the most. Thanks!

I have 716 AP2s and didn't get the AP2 GW. I got SM6 50°, 54° and 58°. You can go with 4° - 6° gapping from your PW to other wedges. I think I've seen some people go as far as 7°. It depends on your distances and what you're comfortable with. I stick with 4° as my distance gaps on full shots are perfect.

I have a 50, then a 54 bent to a 55, and then a 60 and love it. Perfect for me. In the past, I've had a 52, 56, 60, which is good as well.

The best thing to do is to see a fitter....preferably a Titleist fitter so that you can go on the course and try the different lofts and bounces....
  5. Personally, I think carrying 5 wedges would be kinda pushing it. I carry a 50, 54, and 60 SM6 and that combination works for me. I don't think there is a lot of shots you would use a 62 degree wedge that you couldn't open up your 58 or 60 degree wedge and use it. JMuller, your last sentence says it all. "I just want the ones that are going to fit my game the most." That would be up to you and your golf teacher if you have one. Just my 2 cents.

Obviously it will depend on your style of play, I would go 54 and 58. If more loft is needed then slightly open your club face or put the ball further up in your stance to add some loft.

    I presently have a png I20 PW (45deg) a 50, 54 and 58 make up of wedges. Previously had a 50, 56 bent to 55 and 60, which I like better.

Find what is comfortable for you, preferably with the help of a fitter and enjoy the game.

I would consider the type of shots you hit with each club. For example, I typically use my 50 deg for full shots, but do not fell as comfortable with the blade style of a traditional wedge and have considered matching to my set. But it is personal preference.

All depends on your yardage gapping. Best thing to do is get on a launch monitor and find yardages you are comfortable hitting with each wedge. I carry 50, 56, 60. Somewhat unorthodox but the yardages between them are consistent

    After the 50F I use 54M & 58K
They work great for my wedge game.
Would try the 60K in the near future.
