  1. I have the Vokey sm6 and I'm considering switching to the DG Spinner shafts. Curious if anyone has played them in a Vokey and if they noticed better performance.

I'm just looking for added spin. I'm getting the balls to stick but I'd like to maybe get some roll back and better spin control in a lower flight as well

  2. I wouldn't do it. The shafts are soft and that leads to inconsistent shots. I have always played the same shafts that are in my irons.

I've had DG Spinner shafts in my SW and LW SM5's for about 9 months now. They are awesome. They definitely have a different ball flight to the std shaft and they are great around the green for soft lob, drop n stop.
I might just get the swing wieights in my SW and LW adjusted to slightly lighter D4/ D3, (same as the GW), but not changing those shafts. I've had too many birdy chip-ins with them. I think DG Spinners and Vokey wedges are a great combination.

Thinking about trying the spinner in my SM6 58* K grind, but the stock shaft is working great for now.
  5. Put the dg spinner in my sm5 58 not long ago mega spin. Only thing is due to the increase spin i have lost nearly 8 yards so i have needed to adjust quick. But short chips and pitches definitely improved feel like i can be more aggressive
  6. I tried the standard DG Spinner (not Spinner +) in my SM5's. To me, the 56-10 didn't feel right and performance was nothing special, but the shaft is awesome in the 60-04. Flight is high with plenty of check-up.
