Hi all I know this topic has been spoken about time and time again but I was hoping for some specific advice on wedge fitting
I currently play 716 ap1's 4-w +w2 (52*) and 56/60 sm6 wedges.
I'm looking at buying a wedge to fill the gap between my 43* pitching wedge and my 52 degree. I would prefer an sm6 as I prefer the flight and control I get with my other 2
First I'm torn between a 46 or a 48 to plug the 9* gap. Or do I bend one to 47?
Then I'm wondering about the lie angle and shaft model/ length. I'm really looking at getting this club for full shots. My irons at 2* upright and it seems the general idea is not to have the wedges' lie angle to match the set. As I am looking to play a full shot with this club would I be better off having it 2 degree upright with matching shaft (stiff dynalite gold xp)
Many thanks for your help! :)
