  1. Apparently the JDM version of the steel gray comes in a PVD finish which for me looks a ton better than the US version. I only found out after wondering why my wedges didn't look the same. A have a 50 F & a 58 K from Japan and a 54 S from the Philippines (same products offered as the US). I've yet to hear back from WedgeWorks if they can produce a custom 54 S in steel gray PVD since Japan does not offer anything else but the 54 M. Will post pictures later.

  2. Here are the photos

  3. I'm not sure I quite understand....pics would definitely help.
  4. Notice how the 50 and the 58 have a deeper colour to them? Due to the PVD finish I believe. The difference is more obvious in person but you could still judge by the photos.
  5. Also the Japanese domestic market (jdm) vokey wedges are cold forged, not cast.
  6. Yeah the pic of the 54° and 58°, I prefer the 58° definitely.

I know Titleist JDM offers a cold forged vokey, but that's a completely different wedge than the stock SM6 right? The JDM SM6 is the same 8620 cast wedge as US version but that PVD finish is darker.

    Do I have that right?
  7. Yes Ryan, you got it right.

Well according to WedgeWorks, PVD finish is exclusive for the JDM only. Boo :(
