Vokey Store - Returns

    Has anyone ever had to return items, its been a week since I received an item that arrived damaged, the received package does not have a return label.

    I have sent several emails to Vokey Store and tried to call them quite a few times, the phone rings once then goes straight to voicemail, left several messages, for some reason they are not responding which is disappointing, not sure if that are experiencing staffing difficulties with the current climate?

    My experience with Titleist customer service has been first class in the past....

    Had some scorecard holders sent to me in the uk the embroidery wasn’t great so replacing them going to take 14 days but it’s not we are playing for a while took a bit of pushing but think we are sorted now.

    I would say be patient. Likely no on in the physical office these days. Working remotely has its up and downsides.

    I would file a claim quickly with the currier company that delivered it. I cant imagine Vokey would have packed it damaged so the liability needs to fall on the currier. Hopefully you took pictures or saved the box to show the damage.

    Did the box show signs of damage when you received it, if so have you spoken with FedEx?
    If so, the carrier would assume responsibility, not Vokey and you would need to file a claim thru the carrier. Assumed FedEx in that they are the primary carrier for Acushnet products.

    Thank you for all your responses, The Fedex box was perfect with padded plastic, so no issues with shipping, the Leather Yardage book is blemished, embroidered logo all frayed and loose, and also black lined marks on white leather, unfortunately this must have been missed on Quality Check, I am really looking for a return label so item can be returned to Vokey Store, so a new Yardage Book. can be sent.... I will wait until they respond back.

    That is a lot of damaged products coming out of the warehouse. So you had two damaged items; wedge and yardage book? Best of luck in getting replacements. Most CSRs are working out of their homes at this time due to the pandemic and that is slowing down response times.

    I never thought to ask. Did you purchase this thru Vokey WedgeWorks or the Vokey Store?

    I purchased thru the Vokey Store, its was only a one item this being a Yardage Book, No Wedges !
    When I initially called the 1-866 number to Vokey store I did speak to someone in Wedgeworks (Option 2), but he could not assist and advised he would send email to supervisor in Vokey Store with my details and order number... that was 10 days ago, I understand pandemic is causing delays.

    I will wait another couple of weeks and hopefully someone will respond.

    I’m having some replacements sent I think the batch was poor and missed inspection I’m being told mine are being made and shipped to the uk next week ?

    Imagine that response is being slowed by COVID staffing issues. Otherwise, any problems that have occurred were always handled expeditiously and without issue.
