Has anyone ever had to return items, its been a week since I received an item that arrived damaged, the received package does not have a return label.
I have sent several emails to Vokey Store and tried to call them quite a few times, the phone rings once then goes straight to voicemail, left several messages, for some reason they are not responding which is disappointing, not sure if that are experiencing staffing difficulties with the current climate?
My experience with Titleist customer service has been first class in the past....
