    Looking for advice:

I broke down last year and bought news irons to replace my old 690CBs. I ended up fitting best with T300s. My issue is a large gap from pitching wedge into my gap wedge. Wondering how to go about figuring out what the gap should be. Thanks in advance.

4-6 degrees should be your gaps through the wedges. Your T300 PW is 43 degrees, do you should have something around 48 degrees for your gap wedge, and then fill out the rest of the bag according to your needs. 48 / 54 / 60 or 48 /52 / 56 / 60 would be a common makeup.

If you have a 4i, does that overlap with your 5W/H at the the top of the bag?
You probably need to drop the 4i or metal wood and add an actual pitching wedge to the bag. Like your 47* 690CB. The T300 has a "W" after "PW" which is 48* you could add that.

But Brock gave you good gapping options to try and see if it fits your swing. If you want to keep 3 Vokeys in the bag, you'll have to drop the 4i or metal wood at the top of the set.

The game improvement irons from every company pretty much just shift the numbers on the bottom of the club up one club. It's all marketing... They say its because ball speed and launch angle, blah blah... I hit a Game Improvement 34 degree about the same distance as a Players iron 34 degree, just one club says "8" on the bottom and the other club "7" on it.

Its a pretty big disservice to the average golfer because, like you, all my friends with GI irons need 2 pitching wedges in the bag. Because they still want Vokeys and Zipcores, and the only wedges that fit the distance increase of GI irons are Cleveland CBX Zipcores that I've never seen anyone use.

But if you want to feel like a tour pro and hit your lob wedge 120yds, buy a CBX Zipcore. Haha.
