I hate to spend unnecessary money so I usually only replace wedges as needed but I do run through 60s at about 1 per year.
When I needed a new 60 I went from the SM8 to the SM9---wow what a difference. It seemed to flight a touch lower but what a bite on the green.
Flash forward to my 56, which was an SM7 (I don't hit my 56 that often for some reason) but I hit it one shot--very clean--and was disappointed with the spin. Gave it to a buddy and immediately grabbed the SM9 version. Of course I put it in the bag and still haven't hit it after 2 rounds.
That leaves my 52, which oddly enough I don't find myself in that yardage range that often so I rarely hit it, but it's an SM8 which was purchased mid-last year.
I've always loved the Vokey lineup, even wear their hats as my main headgear.
Thank you for making such amazing wedges, when I line up a shot---whether it be full, sand, flop, chip, etc I have total confidence.
