  1. I also received a sleeve of the new DT Truesoft. They've been in play for 2 rounds and there is a noticable improvment in the short game (150 yds in). Softer feel and more spin. Even the guys I play regularly with notice my short shots were sticking to the green. Off the tee I haven't noticed any improvment yet. I'll keep track of distance next round and compare to my known club distances. I take heat from the guys for not playing Pro V1, but this ball fits my game.

  2. I receive a sleeve of the new DT soft. I found they went longer stooped nicely. I was thrilled with the. Looking forward to continued use. Thank you!!
  3. I received the sleeve of new DT TrueSoft and love them. I was playing the old DT True Solf but I got 15-20 more yards the new ball. It had a soft feel and my putts seem to roll true. They seemed to check up on the green better than my old ball.

I'm a 14 handicap and tried the PV1 & PV1x but the DT TrueSolf is the ball for me.

I will definitely buy the new ball and recommend them to my friends.
  4. Right now , I'm looking at your Vokey Wedgers
  5. I have always enjoyed just about any Ball Titleist makes. I can even remember the old Balata balls that you could peel back from the farside of the green to the front. They were fun. But Last month i bought a box of DT Trusoft and have played 5 rounds of golf with them. I thoroughly enjoy the loft and angle of attack I can get with the higher lofted clubs, especially my lob wedge and the amount of back spin i can put on it. The Biggest difference I notice with them compared to the Pro V1 would be on the driver face. The ProV definitly feels softer off the driver and feels like it compresses more for me. There isnt much difference, for me except when I am hitting the long irons and the driver. And there is a difference at the cashiers till.
  6. I received a sleeve last week and played them this morning. I loved the feel & performace! They checked up suprisings well and have great feel. Even hit one into bush which I couldn't find but found a pro V1. I was actually disapointed in losing the DT! They'll be out September 21st and I will invest in at least a couple dozen. Thank you Titleist!

I also got a sleeve of the new balls. I have been playing the older version of the ball, so I just intermixed the new with the old to see if I could see a difference in play.

For me, I was not able to tell the difference between the old version and the new. The old version is a good ball, so that is not bad to say. I was hoping I would notice a bit more distance. I like the way this ball putts!!
  8. I got the sleeve of the new dt trusofts to try out and the fell in the putting greens was the softest and purest rolling ball I've got to date and when taking full swings with it it wasn't the softest highest flying ball but for its price it's so worth it

I got my sleeve of the new True Soft and played my best round of this season with them, 87. I know that doesn't sound like much of a accomplishment but for a guy like me it is. Great ball and great feel , I'll be 65 in a few months and this is best ball I've played in a long time. I would highly recommend this ball. Enjoy!
  10. I too received a sleeve of the new DT TruSoft and put them into play this past Saturday. My first drive travelled 20 yards farther than usual. Subsequent shots carried better than the Bridgestone E6 Soft balls that I had been playing. The new DT TruSoft proved to travel straighter as well. It's now standard equipment in my bag. I've switched!
  11. I received my sleeve a week ago and was going to play them last Wednesday but Irma closed my course. So I'm going to give them a go tomorrow. I am excited to play them based on the comments I read on this posting. Will give my results as soon as I'm back. Fairways and greens to all.

I tested the DT TruSoft today. I prefer a soft ball, but the TruSoft is a little too soft for me. I can't say that it beats the distance of my usual ball. My other problem is I play a yellow ball which is easier for me to see in flight. I played a whole round with the TruSoft and my scores were the identical to last week (same course) playing my usual ball. I will run another test at another course and see if that makes a difference. Btw, thanks for sending me the sleeve of balls!
  13. Received my free sleeve, and have played twice with the current DT TruSoft, shot for shot. First thing, it's softer. Feel is different. Second it's longer, both on drives and long shots (5 wood, hybrids, 6 iron). Spin and control on 9 iron thru wedges is excellent, deffently better than previous ball. Putting I have to get use to. I'm leaving some putts short. But I love this new ball.
