  1. Mine was on the 167 yard par 3 12th at the University of Texas Golf Club. Playing in an aluminum fundraiser, it was the prize hole. Hit my CB 760 six iron. Aced another par 3 at Comanche Trace GC in Kerrville the next year with the same combination.
  2. Had to be the slam dunked 9iron I hit into#9. I spent what seem like an eternity looking g behind the green for the ball. I did not see a divot on the green. I finally looked in the cup and there it was Titleist Pro V1 3. A 2 on the hardest par 4 on my home course.
  3. Two weeks ago, I was faced with a second shot of the 18th hole from 175 yards - between a 23 degree hybrid and a 26 degree hybrid. Pond just right of the green and a bunker just left. I hit a high, solid 26 degree shot which hit 20 short of the hole and rolled to 12 feet. Two putts later, I shot a two under 70, one below my age, and three below my previous best at my club. The Pro V1X is the ball for me.
  4. After duffing my second shot on a par 5, I sank a 150 yard shot for my first and only eagle. The hole was above me so I didn’t realize I had eagle’d it until I walked up and looked into the cup. It. Was. Glorious.

I scored a hole in one with my Titleist ProV1 on #4 at Cattails of Meadowview in Kingsport TN. 100 yard PW!!!! My 3rd - ALL with Titleist ProV1’s!!
  6. 170 yard downhill 7 iron out of the rough to a green I couldn’t see to within 4 feet to make the putt for par
  7. One of my favorite courses is Flying B in Salem, Ohio. Hole #7, par 3 at about 167 yards. Pulled my tee shot left of the green pin high. Came to rest under a flowery crab apple tree with low hanging branches. I’m about 10-12 yards from the stick with plenty of green to work with. Take my 52 degree and hood the snot out of it and put it behind my back foot. Make a smooth, quiet hands putting stroke. Catch the ball on the button, it comes off the club about 2 feet high, carries the fringe, lands and checks up a little,(that famous ProV spin!) releases and comes to rest about 4 inches from the cup. Save par and my buddies practically fell out of the cart! The shot was a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Only the ProV can pull that off. Thank you Titleist!
  8. My wife said quit buying ProV’s or I’m going to leave. Boy, I’m going to miss her.

I made an albatross on the 11th hole at my club, Riverchase Country Club, in Hoover, Alabama several years ago. It is an 480 yard uphill par 5. My 2nd shot was 210 yards to a pin on a 3 tiered green. I hit a 3 hybrid which I thought looked really good. However, we could not see the hole and I figured it might have run off the back. One of the other players in our foursome wanted to look first. The ball was in hole with the personalized word Harvey showing straight up. I never thought I would make one, but I am very proud of it!!
  10. I hit a low drawing 2 iron into the wind over water to about 6’ to a pin tucked in the back left of the green behind a large bunker, and drained the putt for EAGLE! Sweeeeet!
  11. A few weeks before the stay at home order, it was at Upland Hills on a par 5 second shot from 225 yards out I hit my ProV1 to 6 inches it would have been a Albatross, maybe next time it’ll go in. I still got my first eagle.

I’ve used both models over the years, but my best shot was with a Pro V1x. I had hit my opening tee shot right into the trees of a right-to-left dog leg in my last junior championship tournament. I had about 180-175 to a back right pin. Hardly any wind and clear skies. Just hot and humid weather all weekend. I hit a 3/4 swinging low punch-cut with my 3-iron to keep it under the limbs and cut it back up toward the green. I landed it on the front edge to have it roll up onto the green to about 20 feet. Made par and kept from a disaster start.
  13. My best, most memorable, Prov1 shot was a hole-in-one. I was only 3 months returned to the game after heart surgery. We had not had much rain and the course was a little dry. I hit a 6 iron on a 180 yd par 3 #8 at Bellair Golf Course in Arizona. The ball ran between the greenside trap and the flag. Being a tiered green as it slowed it ran back down approx 8 feet and ended up in the cup. That was #5 hole-in-one for me and very memorable after what I had gone thru to get back to the game I love,
  14. Two years ago in May. Manchester (CT) Country Club. Regular Friday group. Handicaps 4-7.
Match even after 11. #12 is a 144 yard par 3 downhill to small elevated green.
Between clubs - PW or 9. Teed up Titleist ProV1 #4, took 2 club lengths back from tee markers, chose 9 iron.
Hit it right at the flag, landed 3 feet behind the hole and spun back in. My 2nd ace but more memorable of the 2. Won match 1 up!
  15. 3 wood second on a par five got a hard bounce left and ended up 3 feet behind the hole. What makes it a most memorable is that I made the putt to tie my son’s 3.
  16. For me it was a hole in one on a 243 yards Par 4 Hole #7 at the Blomidon Golf Course on Oct 7,2004

    In Corner Brook,Newfoundland...My partners were Tom H.,Rod R.,Don B.

  19. Hole 18 at king valley golf course in Pennsylvania. Hole 18. Par 4. Second shot was on a downhill lie. I used my 56 degree wedge from 70 yards on the dot and I hit it 70 yards on the dot to eagle for 69. First ever under 70! Drop the mic and walk off.. ProV1....

A 220 yard butter-cut second shot on the 470 Yard, Par 4 11th at Stone Ridge Golf Club in Bowling Green, OH with a 19* 818H1. It was like the line in Tin Cup; the tuning fork went off in my loins!
