Titleist are quoting 12 day’s, I’ve just had a Despatch notice for a full bag and that was 13 days after order so should be any day now for you (fingers crossed!)

I ordered mine via AG on the 18 June (custom fit T100&T200 5iron) and still not arrived.

Got my Custom fit wedges within 14 days.

Had my fitting 3rd July, t200 4-6 t100-s 7-pw
Was told 3 weeks or so and still nothing back anyone got any inside info?

Ordered 23rd July, rep has confirmed it will be at least another 3 weeks from today.

Didn't say any stock issues that was just the waiting time to complete orders at the moment.

Pretty standard order, T200's with Black AMT Regular just 1 inch shorter same for SM8's

I was fitted by Matt at the National Centre, St Ives on 2nd July. I ordered through my local Pro Shop (Matt Deal @ Hendon GC) on 3rd July and collected them today. A fantastic set of T100s (5-PW) 3 SM8s and a U -510. They look awesome, guess I was just lucky on availability.

That’s exactly what I’m getting Steve G. What are the irons like as I’ve tried the T100 and T200 so going in the middle. Not tried the U510 yet or new SM8 wedges. Some say it’s a 12 day turnaround for orders so I can’t wait until fitted next week.

I’ve just been quoted 4 - 5 weeks from the rep my pro uses.

I ordered a full set and it took 8 days to arrive and all custom and different specs.

Ordered set of custom build T100s 17th July. Told 3 weeks lead in. Still not arrived......

Ordered the T100’s and 3 new SM8 wedges recently. My order has been confirmed by Titleist on the 24/09/20 however they’ve given a delivery date of the 02/11/2020. This seems a long time and I was wondering if they are likely to be delivered sooner?

Hi my grandson ordered t300 irons on 25 September just been told he will not get them untill 7 December was quoted 4 weeks when he ordered them does this sound about right

I ordered a set of CB 620 irons and they arrived within 4 days of the order being placed they were custom fit but i did ring to check if all components were in stock before i placed my order

Still waiting for my irons ordered in October 11th.

I ordered 620 CB/MB's start of Oct, they arrived yesterday, Titleist must have known it is my birthday tomorrow!

Hi ordered a custom set of T400 irons 6-gap wedge, phone pro shop every week since. Told they where built and at the wear house awaiting delivery and should be at the golf club be 21/12/20 -26/12/20. No delivery any information would be a great help.

Ordered custom set of T400 in October 19 still not delivered only contact through email was told built and at the distribution centre should arrive 21/12/20 - 26/12/20 still no clubs. Any information on lean time or any info would be nice.

Hi, I ordered Custom T300 irons on Dec 18th and still nothing. Have you received yours yet?

Ordered a set of custom p300’s on April 18th through American Golf and haven’t received anything as yet. Just wondered if anyone knew the current lead times and when I should expect. Off to Portugal and then Scotland 28th May so hoping they’ll be with me by then!

Order went in on 19 April for T100 6-PW and T200 5 iron. Was told 20 working days when ordered which I believe is up today. Haven’t heard anything and beginning to think it could be a while longer.

I have just ordered TSi2 3 Wood, 5 Wood & 4 hybrid. Awesome clubs!

I am originally being quoted 6 weeks which seems fairly excessive.

Is anyone else having the same experience or is it quicker than quoted?

I feel your pain. I was quoted 4 weeks for a TSi2 3 wood I ordered... but that was 5 weeks ago - it will be 6 weeks this Friday. My fitter/supplier is a Titleist Advanced Fitting Centre and they are now quoting 6 weeks as a lead time across all suppliers. Seems there is a significant problem somewhere in the supply chain. I know that my fitters have been booked up solid since they re-opened but I can't believe that demand has been such that the golf sector has been overwhelmed!
I have heard tell that the issue may revolve around a shortage of grips, which is plausible as all the suppliers use more or less the same products.
Guess we'll just have to try to be patient.... not much choice really!

At the moment we're quoting a 30 working day lead time on custom build orders, this may be further if there are component shortages on your order so its worth checking with your retailer. We're experiencing longer than usual lead times due to several factors but the main one is that we're currently receiving double the usual amount of custom orders we would receive this time of year and combined with the current restrictions in the workplace means its taking a bit longer to get them all out the door! Rest assured we're doing everything we can to build the clubs as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality control you're used to with Titleist products.

I’ve been waiting on an order since the start of April. I appreciate there are longer wait times at present, however, I received some clubs, built in totally the wrong spec! This has left me in an awkward position as I’ve been told to hold onto the wrong clubs until the new ones are sent through. I wouldn’t mind but I’ve had no communication on where the new request is at, and holding on to the wrong clubs is more of a hinderance than a help.

I’ve been a massive titleist fan from the beginning, but can’t help feel a little disappointed with how this is being handled.

I’d appreciate if someone could give me a direct number or some way of getting comms so I’m not in the dark any longer.
