Ordered a set of custom T100 on 11th August…….received a delivery last week, 21st October……so just over ten weeks. Excitement was short lived when I opened the box…….aside from the wrong grips, they were the wrong heads…….T100S had been sent instead. Oh……and not only that but the prior generation ( 2020 ) model. Way to go Titleist UK…….customer service of the highest order !

Feel your pain!! Got the call from my pro that my T100s order had arrived. I drove 60 miles to collect them, arrived at the pro shop and was surprised not to see them in their usual cardboard box. Started to check the clubs and noticed they were like a store display set, grips dirty in places, slight scuffs on some shafts where they enter the hozel, heads were in plastic but wait for the best one. The heads were not the T100s 2021 but the last model. My pro couldn’t believe his eyes, needless to say I was absolutely disgusted. Like how can Titleist service have reduced itself to this, why take orders or launch a new product if you can’t meet demand or maintain a service to the any standard. I’ve no idea when I will receive my clubs now, I feel totally let down after buying no other brand since I started playing golf 25 years ago.

By the way have you received and feedback on when your order will be fulfilled?

Recieved my full custom fitted set of T200s, Tsi2 Driver, Fairway and Hybrid on Monday 25th. Ordered on August 18th. Absoultely over the moon! They are absolutely perfect and exactly as ordered! 1000% worth the wait! Literally in love ;)

Guys, ordered my irons seems like a lifetime ago but they arrived yesterday and had a quick go at lunchtime today. 5-pw T100s and 4 iron T200, felt amazing and really worth waiting for.
