currently I have four.  PW and GAP with my AP2 and 54, 58 Vokey sm5 all 4 degrees apart.  I can't imagine giving any of them up...

  5. I use five:

    • Redline PW - 48 degrees
    • Vokey - 64, 56, and 52 degrees
    • PG - 60 degree

They all have different bounce and are good for different conditions and situations. It works for me.

Currently I carry four (44, 49, 54, 58) although I also want to add another hybrid and drop a wedge.

My set has a PW and GW included at 46 and 50 degrees. So I carry a 54 and 58 S Grind to round out my bag.

    I carry 4 wedges in my bag. Stock PW @ 46* & RTX 2.0 wedges @ 50*, 54*, & 58*.

I will be replacing the 50*, 54* & 58* for Vokey wedges @ 50*, 55* & 60* in the near future to help fill the gaps better.

I made the switch over to Vokey wedges and couldn't be happier! I went with 50, 54 & 58 SM5's. I have so much more confidence from 100 yards & in now. They must come with pin seeking technology.

in my current set, I carry 4 wedges - PW, 52, 56 and 60. I haven't had much confidence in the 60. My new clubs (was fitted on 09/29) I will again have 4 wedges, just different setup. I will have a AP1 PW, GW and Vokey 54.14F and 60.11K Steve

I currently carry 4 wedges, but I'm considering downsizing to three to add another hybrid to my arsenal.

I carry the AP2 stock PW at 48 degree, and Vokey's at 52, 56, and 60 degrees. Just curious what others are carrying.

you could throw out your PW since you already have 4 wedges. i carry 3-9 48, 51, 55, 59.

my 48 goes jus as far as my pw would, i can put lot more spin and control my shots.

lot of tour players throw out there pw for a wedge.

    I carry 4 wedges ... the standard AP1 wedge at 44° and 3 Vokey's at 48°, 54° and 60°.  I'm more fussy about bounce than I am about degrees.

Currently I got 4. Stock PW and 48* bent to 49* 54* and 60* I know it's an odd setup but it works well for me for gapping. I've considered picking up another 48* and bending it strong and taking out the stock PW.

Made a big change at the start of the season going from 4 to 3 wedges. It forced me to learn how to flight wedges and get much better at distance (and direction) control. The hardest adjustment was a easy 50* used to be my 100 yd club, now its a 1/2 pw.

    My setup is pw, 52* & 58* and I've really practiced the 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 shots.

Be Careful, everyone. Beware of specs. and year of manufacture. loft and length especially, always depend on the year. Loft and length especially always depend on the year of manufacture. http://www.titleist.com/golf-clubs/irons/AP2.aspx Specs. The current model, 714 AP2 wedge has 46* loft. In my old timers' era, that would have been a weak 8 iron or a strong 9 iron.

I used to carry 3 but I had to ditch the 60* I just couldn't do anything with it. So now it's 2 for me and it's all good.

I cannot handle the 60*. I find myself feeling as if I need to swing too hard at it to get the proper distances green side. I grew up with a 56* and learned to open it up, close it down, choke it, etc. I have been able to learn to play the 58*, which is far more versatile for me.
