I was fitted on July 9th at Rustic Canyon with Cameron B. I had a great first time fitting experience. I didn't even know I was going to be fit for the ball, so that was a nice surprise since I always kept going between the V1 and V1x.

I had some great gains, I was never fitted with my woods (I've done my irons with another company). I just tinkered around with using used shafts and going to the range and messing around with settings. I was previously playing TSi2 10* with an R2 shaft, now fit into GT3 with 9* with Tensei 1K Blue in R. I also chose to upgrade my 3 wood as it was a TS2 model, now upgraded to GT2.

I haven't seen any updates in shipping as of yet I hope that they will arrive at my door step soon.
  2. I had my fitting with Michael Parker at Galloway National on 7/17. Coming from a TSR2 driver and 5w. I went in thinking I needed the GT2 for added forgiveness. To my surprise, I was getting much better results (including forgiveness) in the GT3. The Ventus Red was still the shaft, however, we went from 6X to 6S. Gained a few mph of speed, 8-10 yds, and a much tighter dispersion ring. The sound and feel were excellent. Note: The Ventus shafts at my fitting were the original Velocore and not the new Velocore +'s that are out. Hoping they get built with the Velocore +'s and if not maybe a slight price adjustment on the originals.

For the fairway wood we went 15 degree GT2 with the same Ventus Blue 7S. The 15 degree head wasn't spinning as much as my TSR 5w, and since I use it mostly off the tee, it just made more sense.

My only regret was not having the energy to try a 7w. Anxiously awaiting delivery of the new weaponry. Some of my friends that were fitted at the same event have already received theirs. Patience is apparently a virtue.

So the first word that comes to mind is "Wow"!! In addition to the look and feel, the sound brings a smile to my face as if I'm shooting off a cannon. I didn't notice any difference in performance with TSR (currently gaming TSI3) but the GT3 is off the chart- thank you Titleist. As always, hats off to Brett Michie who always does the fittings and makes adjustments like an artist.

My fitting went well. There was a little bit of a hiccup but my awesome fitter was able to make it right for me. I was amazed by the technology. I moved from a 917 Driver and FW so the technology was a huge upgrade. I was a huge fan of the more muted sound. I appreciated the higher loft options to help my flatter swing get the ball on the correct trajectory. So thankful I went with shaft upgrades in both metal woods and can't wait to get them in my bag!
  5. Did my fitting on 07/12 and was impressed with the new lineup. Ended up ordering GT3 driver and 3 wood but don’t have them in hand yet. My order finally shipped on 08/05 and FedEx managed to deliver the clubs to the wrong address. Titleist CS basically told me I will hear back from them and would probably have another 3 week wait. Maybe I will finally get to see them in September after this messy process.

I recently had my second fitting session with Cameron Buckley, and once again, he exceeded my expectations. I came to him with concerns about my current gamer, a png G430 Max 10k with a Ventus Black 6s, and the goal was to improve my dispersion and gain more ball speed. With the new GT line, Cameron expertly tested various options until we found the perfect driver head and shaft combination. Ultimately, we settled on the GT3 with +4 grams of weight, paired with the Ventus TR Blue 6X. This combination significantly reduced face manipulation, allowing me to focus solely on my swing path. Thanks to Cameron's expertise and guidance, I now have a setup that has truly elevated my game. Grateful for his knowledge and dedication to helping me achieve my goals!

I was fit a few weeks ago, but I really went out of curiosity given how well I hit my TSR2. I really didn't think that I would walk away with an order for the GT, but I did. I have been gaming the TSR2, with an AutoFlex shaft and loved it. Once I hit the GT (both 2 and 3) I knew a change was coming. I saw more distance, tighter dispersion with both, but ended up with the GT3. I put it in play today and the results were simply amazing. I've always driven the ball well, but today was exceptional in terms of distance, dispersion and the ability to move the ball both ways. Simply Wow!

Did my fitting on July 27th, 2024 at The Club at Indian Creek in Elkhorn, Nebraska. The fitting was Great!! I got there early enough to chat with the local fitter and get warmed up. Hit both the GT2 & GT3. Definitely could tell a difference with the GT’s compared to my TSr3. Wasn’t my best of swing day but and my fitter did a great job working through my bad swings and dialing me in. Looking forward to putting a GT in the bag.

I was lucky enough to attend the Tour Launch event at Truckee. From the 1st look at the GT2 head I felt confidence that it was going to be good. My fitter Robert dialed me in and got 5mph ball speed and 14 yards over the TSR2 I was fit into 2 years ago. Fast forward to getting the driver in hand at the range to a lesson with a great friend . We are working on path with wedges. Then we decide it's time to hit driver. I hit my TSR2 for baseline . I grab the GT2 and after about 5 swings he was like this is incredible! The ball stays in the air so much longer and overall distance pick up is crazy! He was Wattisie the hype is real! That is so much improvement it's hard to believe but seeing it you can't question the results! The cherry on top is I saw the same level of gains with 3 wood and 7 wood. This line is special and game changing for sure!
So excited to see how much I can improve my GHIN with this level of confidence at top of bag.
    Cheers

Color me jealous you got to do this at the Truckee event. I really need to make it to a TT event...hopefully the stars will align for me in 2025.
  11. Went from TSR3 to a GT2, faster ball speed tighter dispersion and what I believe is a better sound and feel…. Did I miss anything ? Oh yes…. Pure awesomeness!! First round at Torrey Pines the GT decided to hit 12 of 14 fairways !

What a great experience!! It was my 3rd fitting and wasn’t sure if I was going to get anything. I worked with Matt Giombetti and worked through a few different GT heads. I ended up hitting the GT3 the best and it went longer and straighter than my current driver. So so forgiving!! It took about two weeks to get and I’ve played two rounds with it. Loving it!! Definitely worth the upgrade!!

Was fitted July 26 into a new GT3 9 degree head with tensi black TX. A little background, I have played nothing but Titleist in my playing career from age 14-until 3 years ago. I decided I wanted to see what else was out there. Biggest mistake of my life. The GT3 demolished my current paradym AI smoke max driver. Every number was better, and the best was dispersion! Glad I am back in the Team Titleist universe, it was a hard learned lesson switching. Best thing I can say is find a Titleist fitting event, and they will treat you right. Golf clubs are expensive, but you will see and feel the difference when working with a Titleist fitter. Also, how can you beat hitting pro V1/V1x on a launch monitor to see your numbers over range balls? Anyone on the fence-it’s a no brainer sign up and see for yourself!

I had always bought clubs online because it was easy. I have owned the last 3 cycles of woods from Titleist, and I am sure that I was making the wrong shaft choices. After being fitted for my new woods for the first time, I was floored. My launch angle is higher, spin is lower, and I must have gained 15 yards of distance. Unbelievable.

Thank you for the opportunity Titleist!
  15. Got my GT4 with the Ventus TR (blue). Coming from a TSi3, I saw an immediate improvement on carry with similar swing speeds. The ventus shaft tidied up a few dispersion issues from my (amateur) inconsistencies. Dave MacDonald and Michael Parker were awesome for my second fitting experience. I’ve tried other brands and always come back to Titleist. Combine the magic of the fitting staff with a great product and I have no reason to ever stray from the brand.

The GT4 not only looks great, but has also knocked my spin rates down while sounding amazing at impact. I’ve seen the mishits still carry as far as my TSi3 and not feel like I just hit a cinder block. I only wish I had more time than the hour for the fitting. I would have probably added a 3 wood and hybrids.

Was fortunate enough to receive my new GT3 last week and finally was able to get in into my bag today. I was fit by Chase Wood on July 9th at my home club in Dallas and it was an amazing experience as always. Chase is a master when it comes to getting the players into the correct setup and knows the product inside and out. To be able to have the confidence to trust the Titleist team to get your setup correct cannot be overvalued.

I ended up with a pretty significant change in my setup, but the results certainly speak for themselves. I went from a 9-degree TSR3 at A-1 with a Tensei 1K Black 75 TSR S to a 10-degree GT3 at A-4 with a Ventus TR Black 7 X-S. Now that is an increase in loft of 2-degrees with the SureFit setting change and I thought maybe Chase had lost his marbles, because I had not hit anything with a loft like that for as long as I can remember. Chase and my head pro Danny just smiled when I hit about 10 balls with that setup and told me we were done! I was consistently carrying the ball 290 in the air and they were even going in the correct direction.

I always joke that once you buy the club, the "magic" can disappear but was not the case with the GT3 and the performance was delivered! Sounds and feels different than the TSR3 and TS3 and I love it. Excited to have it in the bag and only wish it had come a couple of days earlier. I was on a golf trip to Whistling Straits last week and you can imagine my dismay last Tuesday when I got the email that my new GT3 driver had arrived when I was out of town!

Another success for the Titleist club development team and always excited to keep my full bag of Titleist equipment strapped over my shoulder.

Was lucky to be invited to a special event fitting/Pro-am in Truckee CA, and had my fitting with Matt. Was very happy with the increased clubhead speed and distance, but what really sold me was the dispersion. I've had my GT2 for a week and have played about 45 holes so far, and the dispersion is the real deal, have not hit a tee shot out of play since I put it in the bag. And my TSR2 has already moved on to another home.

I was fit at a Team Titleist event on July 12, 2024. I came from a 10 degree TSr3, Ventus Blue 6S. I could have died a happy man with this driver. There wasn't anything that I disliked about it, looks, feel, distance, forgiveness was all there. It is everything that I would expect out of a Titleist club. But of course, with the announcement of the GT series, I couldn't help myself. I drove two and a half hours to get to the fitting event with the thought that I would stick with the TSr3 if there was no improvement.

Upon arrival at the fitting, I let the fitter do his thing. As much as I could, I tried to not notice what head/shaft combo I was hitting. I didn't look at what I was hitting until I gave it back to the fitter. The first thing I noticed was how good the GT2 head looked. The shape is improved over TSr2. I was hoping that I would land on the GT2 head, thinking it would provide more forgiveness. However, the results spoke for itself and the GT3 head won out due to a tighter dispersion circle. I ended up with a 10 degree GT3, Ventus TR Blue 6s. Slight shaft change from was I played before as well. My new combo resulted in an increase of 4 MPH ball speed and a bit tighter dispersion. I was astonished to learn that my TSr3 was beat. Of course, I placed the order that day. On a side note, I left the fitting with some really cool and unexpected swag, a keychain, hat, valuables pouch (that looks like the headcover), and alignment sticks.

My new driver was delivered on August 10, 2024 and even though I played in my regular Saturday game that morning, I went back out for a second round that evening. I had the course to myself, jumped in a cart and played in two hours. It was unusually windy in the late afternoon/evening so distance was hard to pinpoint. I can tell you that the ninth hole played into a 15 MPH wind and I hit a drive to my normal, no-wind, spot. The one thing that stood out the most was dispersion. Slight misses were closer to the intended line compared to the TSr3. The other difference is obviously sound/feel, more muted compared to TSr3, due to the multi-material construction.

One thing that I absolutely love about Titleist and I give props to the club designers who got a huge detail component correct, is that even though Titleist has ventured into multi-material construction, if one were to look at the club they would not know. I strongly dislike chopped up crowns. Titleist did not disappoint. Another last side note, the headcover. It might be my own disillusion but the GT headcover seems thicker and more sturdy that I remember the TSr headcover when it was new.

Had my fitting yesterday with Blake Collier of Titleist in Kearney, he did an excellent job. I love my Tsr3 with my Fujikura Speeder VI 661 shaft.

First we just changed heads from the Tsr3 to the GT3 and picked up nearly 4 mph of ball speed and 8 yards carry. Then tried a couple of different shafts and settled on the Graphite Design UB6 stiff GT3 at 45.25”, A1, T1. Amazing feel, spin and launch. Final results were 12 yards of carry and 20 total yards improvement. I honestly didn’t think they could improve the feel of the TSr3 face, but they did with the GT3.

We then went into the 3 wood which we were limited on time, but went from the tsr2 tensei blue to the GT3 Ventus Red 7 and improved launch, feel and control, picked up around 10 total yards and much tighter dispersion. Confirmed with my fitter of 10 years in Lincoln and he agreed the numbers and results were great. Now the wait for 3 weeks to get them.

Great job Titleist and kudos to Blake, he knows his stuff when it comes to what shaft does what and what fits you the best. Didn’t take long to find the right shaft and was able to hit Pro V1x balls to get the correct launch and spin, which is the ball I use.
  20. After receiving my GT2, 10 degree, w/ GD AD UB 5, on Sunday, via Fedex, I had a chance to play 5 holes w/ it last evening and 9 holes yesterday. Prior to the GT2, my set up was the TSR3 w/ GD AD DI 5, 10 degree.

    First impressions-

-The head is really solid and stable and dispersion was definitely tighter with the drivers I hit.
-Sound @ impact is very pleasing, more of a nice thump vs. a metallic pingy vibe
-Launch and flight were mid high to high. A strong flight, no ballooning or excessive spinning. Very impressive.
-Toe misses were definitely longer than w/ my TSR3 and were a soft, high draw.
-I am thrilled so far with the GD UB shaft. My DI could feel a bit loose and the UB feels tighter and more stable in the handle and tip.
-Ball flight might actually be higher w/ the UB than w/ the DI with the same 10 degree loft in the GT2 and TSR3
-Love how the GT2 frames the ball @ set up. Big improvement here! Definitely more forgiveness vs. my TSR3.

So far, very, very pleased with this combination and the speedy delivery by Titleist.

Had the best experience with my fitting. Got to test GT2 and GT3. I had a TSI3 driver and we went with a GT3. The fitter was incredible, he put me in a configuration that I could have never come up with (8 degree but set to B4 so 9.5 with an open face). This helped me move my strike to be slightly lower on the face and help me even out some of my swing path. The results are outstanding. I gained 17 yards on average and it is the best feeling driver I have ever had. It took a little getting used to this setup but yesterday I shot my best round ever (2 over). Golf is so much easier when your approach is a 8 or 9 iron. Could not recommend to get fitted for the GT, you will love it.
